YES Absolutely. The session is beginner-friendly with simple options and plenty of guidance. No flexibility or prior YOGA experience needed. 90% of participants are first timers and have reaped the benefits.

Once you register, we will share the details with you on your Whatsapp and Email address. The joining process is very easy. The LIVE sessions will be on zoom.

What is the time?

Our program offers daily LIVE sessions. Additionally, we recommend setting aside some time for personal practice and reflection, ideally incorporating yoga and mindfulness into your daily routine for optimal results.

Will I have access to the video recording once the session is over?

No recording available only LIVE session. No, recordings of each session will not be made available for later access. As this is a LIVE program, we encourage participants to attend all the live sessions to benefit from real-time guidance and interaction.
